I spent 3 years doing my postgraduate study in Denmark.
My education in Denmark brings me not only international vision and cultural understanding, but also advanced ideas like democracy, equalitarian society, people-orientation, and critical thinking ability, which have inspired me a lot in both my life and career!
Compared to Chinese universities, Danish universities focus on critical thinking and research skill. Teacher-and-student relationship is very equal. Students are expected to actively raise questions and express their own ideas.
Danish culture
The fundamental idea of people-oriented and caring for the weak/disadvantaged pervades every aspect of Danish society, like the social welfare system and workplace culture.
