What is your relation to Denmark?

I have master degree in European Studies from Aarhus University in Denmark and used to work for Sino-Danish Network Partner Companies Arla Foods in Denmark & NNE Pharmaplan in China

 

 

What impact has your relation to Denmark had on your life and career?

My stay in Denmark and career in Danish companies learned me how to keep good balance between life and work

 

 

In your perspective what makes Danish universities and companies unique compared to other countries?

In Danish Univesities and companies the free space for personal development and willing to delegate responsibility is definetly unique compared to China.

 

 

Looking back, what is the one thing you wish you had learned before going to Denmark?

The Danish language

 

 

What surprised you most about Denmark?

Probably how much of the education was self–learning education

 

 

What can be the benefit of being a part of a Sino-Danish Alumni network?

In order to reconnect to the Danish society in Denmark and China as well as a help to build my future career in getting close to Danish companies in China and network with other Sino-Danish Alumni professionals.
