Why did you choose to work in Denmark/for a Danish company?

I like Scandinavian working style and I also enjoy the office area of my company, Novozymes.

How is it different working a Danish company compared to a Chinese company?

I never worked for a Chinese company, but as I see, organization in a Danish company is more flat than a Chinese company and it is very comfortable no matter working with your boss or your subordinates.

How does working for a Danish company benefit your career?

Working for a Danish company certainly add an international working profile to my resume and I can also benefit from learning from my Danish colleagues on rapid technology development and innovative thinking.

What do you like the most about working for a Danish company?

The atmosphere of “inspiring people” and flexible working time.

What surprised you most about working in a Danish company?

The flat organization and you can address your boss (even CEO) with his/her first name. Drink beer with your colleagues at 3PM on Friday is normal in Denmark.

What don't you like about working for a Danish company?

When a group of Danish colleagues talking in Danish and I don’t understand.

Be open, energetic and innovative.
