What I really like about working in a Danish compani is the open environment and flex-time working schedule. Danish companies in general are more flat and open in organization hierarchy than Chinese companies.
In general, Denmark as a fair-tale country has a very good impression and it is well known that many Danish companies holds leading positions in their specific industry.
Danish companies in general are more flat and open in organization hierarchy, but decision-making process required longer time and more discussion. Chinese companies instead can make decisions very fast.
It was quite an eye-opening experience with the chance to discuss many aspects of business with colleagues from various functions and from different management levels.
I really like the open environment and flex-time working schedule.
That decision-making sometimes can be really very slow.
I must say the same as before, that decision-making sometimes can be really very slow is what I don't like about working in a Danish company.
