Why did you choose to work for a Danish company?

I think the Danish company I work for have a very flat management style. People can openly give their ideas and influence the development of the company. A good working environment and good colleagues are the other reasons I choose work in Grundfos.

 

 

How is it different working a Danish company compared to a Chinese company?

I think for the state owned companies basic they had good salary and welfare, but boring jobs and very often people need to please the boss to get promoted. For private Chinese companies, many times you need to be very hard working to keep your position and the management style differs due to the boss’s personal characters.

 

 

How does working for a Danish company benefit your career?

First I think the Danish culture is alike the general European style, so it will be an advantage working in other foreign companies especially Europe companies. Secondly the Danish companies are open and innovative, so you can actually learn a lot from you daily work.

 

 

What do you like the most about working for a Danish company?

The innovation and chance in working with global colleagues and to learn and sharing experiences.

 

 

What surprised you most about working in a Danish company?

The headquarters of Grundfos is in a small town of Jutland, but with 60 years development, it can grow as a leading pump manufactures around the world.

To be open and handle problems with feedback and constructive solutions.
